dvipost software package provides Post processor for dvi files supporting change bars, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dvipost
dvipost is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dvipost package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dvipost *
You will get with dvipost package name, version, architecture and description in a table
